Responsibility for Exchange and Return:


  • The customer will be responsible for both sides of the exchange and return. If the product is 100 percent okay and the one ordered is the same as what was sent, no issues should arise.
  • In case of any issues with the product or order upon delivery, the company will cover the delivery charges.


Timely Resolution:


  • Exchange and returns will be addressed within 10 days of the request being initiated.
  • Upon receiving the returned parcel, we will promptly process your request, and if applicable, a new order will be dispatched.


Sale Articles Policy:


  • Please note that sale articles are not eligible for return or exchange. We recommend reviewing product details and specifications before making a purchase.


Initiating Return or Exchange:


  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide details such as your order number, the reason for return or exchange, and any relevant information.


Condition of Returned Items:


  • Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.


Refund or Replacement:


  • Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will process replacement based on your preference.
  • Exchange will be provided subject to the immediate availability of stock. Customer will have to bear courier charges (for sending and receiving) in case of online exchange.
  • Please note we do not offer a cash refund. 
  • Our accessories and sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable
